These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) apply to all orders placed on the Gun And Tufting website (“the Site”), edited by Gun and Tufting (“the Company”). By placing an order, the customer accepts without reservation these GTC.

2. Products
Gun and Tufting offers handmade tufting products, including carpets, wall decorations, accessories, and custom items (“Products”).

The essential characteristics of the Products are presented on the Site. Minor variations such as colors and/or size may exist due to the artisanal nature of the manufacturing.

3. Orders
Any order placed on the Site implies acceptance of these GTC.

Orders are made exclusively through the Site.

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

Gun And Tufting reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (example: payment default, suspected fraud...). and if the latter may harm the brand image.

4. Rates
Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs.

Gun and Tufting reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the Products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of validation of the order.

5. Payments
Payment is made online via secure means (CB, PayPal, Lydia.). The Products are only shipped after receipt of full payment.

6. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated at the time of order.

• Delivery times : Delivery times vary depending on the customization and destination. An estimate is communicated to you when ordering.

• Costs : The delivery charges are indicated before the order is validated.

• Risks : The risks related to transport are borne by Gun and Tufting until delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.

8. Returns and refunds

• Non-customized products : In case of withdrawal, the Products must be returned in their original condition, accompanied by all accessories. The return costs are your responsibility.

• Custom products : No returns or refunds are accepted.

9. Guarantees
Gun and Tufting is committed to the legal guarantees, including :

• The guarantee of compliance (articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code)

• The guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code)

10. Liability
Gun and Tufting shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the misuse of the Products.

11. Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, designs, etc.) are the exclusive property of Gun and Tufting. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior permission.

12. Personal data
The information collected on the Site is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable law and disputes
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to find an amicable solution before referring the matter to the competent courts.
